About this opportunity

The Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) invites eligible Ugandan students to apply for the 2026/2027 Moroccan Government Scholarships under the Bilateral and International Government Scholarship Programme. The scholarships are offered through the cooperation agreement between the Government of Uganda and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco to enable Ugandan students to pursue higher education in Morocco. The programme supports studies at undergraduate, vocational, and postgraduate levels in accredited Moroccan institutions. Successful applicants benefit from a fully funded scholarship package in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Government of Morocco.

Who is eligible?

Applicants must: Be Ugandan citizens. Meet the admission requirements for the intended programme of study. Possess the required academic qualifications for the level being applied for.
